How PDF works
From the original file to an edited PDF in three steps.
1. Open the PDF
Choose a document from your device. The browser reads it and displays the first page while preparing thumbnails and text progressively.
2. Edit and organize
Add text, signatures, images and shapes or reorder, rotate, extract and merge pages. Operations remain in the local session.
3. Export the result
PDF creates a new PDF copy when you save. You can also compress or password-protect it before downloading.
Technical transparency and verification
Documented features are checked with text PDFs, scanned documents, signatures, images and large files. Tests verify both the interface and the contents of the exported copy while keeping the original document separate and unchanged.
Compatibility also depends on the browser, available memory and PDF structure. Embedded fonts, complex forms, certified digital signatures or restrictions created by the original software may require an additional check in the recipient's preferred PDF application.
